Chance Waters – Looking for Something (feat. Patience Hodgson) [Updated]

Chance Waters has returned with the upbeat new track ‘Looking For Something’, featuring The Grates Patience Hodgson.

After bursting onto the scene last year with hits such as ‘Young and Dumb’ featuring Bertie Blackman, Chance Waters is making a real reputation for great upbeat singalong hip-pop. ‘Looking for Something’ continues this run of happy poppy tunes underpinned by Waters positive hip-hop skills. I love the punchy, kicking nature of this track, and the smooth vocals of Patience Hodgson really light up the already breezy chorus. ‘Looking for Something’ just oozes positive vibes and is sure to get even the grumpiest individual smiling and tapping along to the beat. With another single featuring The Griswolds due out shortly, Chance Waters could be the hottest property in town before long.

Under 18s Live It Up Music Festival Announces Line-Up

Being big supporters of U18s music in Australia we are so excited to announce the line-up for Brisbane’s first major U18′s music festival ‘Live It Up’.

Being staged at the RNA Showgrounds on April 13th the first announcement of the line-up features something for everyone with The Amity Affliction, Pez, The Getaway Plan, Chance Waters, Pigeon and MESSRS all playing.

Local promoter and Live It Up founder Zanda Strofield echoed our views describing Live It Up Festival as “for young people who want to hear some of Australia’s most exciting young acts in a cool environment where they can hang out with their friends and it’s all about the music.”

With U18s in mind, tickets are also on the cheaper side, compared to most festivals, being just $37 per person for the earlybird offers (More info here). So check out the website and keep your eyes posted for more details and second line-up announcements.
